Directa Dental Group of Vasby, Sweden has acquired the assets, intellectual property, and business lines of ContacEZ LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of dental products. Directa is a subsidiary of Lifco AB, a public corporation based in Enköping, Sweden with operations in 30 countries. ContacEZ was founded by Dr. Daniel Kim in 2006 and offers nine product lines to the dental profession, including patented devices for restorative dentistry, subgingival work, and interproximal reduction.
